Pedi-Ed-Trics Emergency Medical Solutions, LLC, originally Peds-R-Us Medical Education, was founded by Scott L. DeBoer, a nurse with over twenty-five years of transport experience and his wife Lisa, a former medic. After working in intensive care units, emergency departments, and flight programs for many years, Scott decided to focus his energy on education, and started a seminar company solely dedicated to “teaching better ways to care for kids.” 

Lisa DeBoer is the acting President of Pedi-Ed-Trics and utilizes her previous background as an EMS director of public relations and marketing manager to coordinate all operational efforts. Scott has served as a former flight nurse educator with a major Chicago area medical center and is our most requested lecturer.
