Pedi-Ed-Trics Emergency Medical Solutions was founded by Scott L. DeBoer and his wife, Lisa DeBoer. Since its founding in 1996, they have grown Pedi-Ed-Trics into the largest pediatric emergency medical education company in the United States.

Scott is a nurse with more than 25 years of transport experience. After working in intensive care units, emergency departments, and flight programs for many years, Scott decided to focus his energy on education and started a seminar company solely dedicated to teaching better ways to care for kids. Scott has served as a flight nurse educator with a major Chicago area medical center and is our most requested lecturer.

Lisa is a trained medic and the visionary force behind the company. As the CEO of Pedi-Ed-Trics, she utilizes her background as an EMS director of public relations and marketing manager to coordinate all operational efforts.

Scott and Lisa have been married for over 30 years and have two adult children.
